Description:

• Involved in the NPI transfer and qualification, implement new test package, perform gage capabilities, issue correlation report
• Sustain buffer capacity setup and loading ramping up
• Troubleshooting on the setup and low yield issue in normal production, provide maintenance and documentation for the S/W and H/W change
• Provide the initial analysis for customer return units
• Regularly summarize and report NPI and mature products production performance
• Working with product owner on cost reduction projects, focused on the final yield improvement, test flow elimination, parallel test implementation and test time reduction
• Self-training on product knowledge, SOP and other document
• Fan-in and fan-out best practice from internal or external factory; Continuous improvement on technical and communication skill

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree above
• Majored in EE major or related
• Good English written and speaking ability
• Can be as an intern 3 days a week at least
