Are you ready to drive strategic growth and operational excellence at one of media's most dynamic companies? Scripps Networks is seeking a visionary Senior Director of Pricing, Planning and Inventory to lead the strategic and operational management of Scripps Networks’ linear inventory, driving revenue optimization, strategic revenue modeling, and effective inventory utilization. This hybrid leadership role, based in New York City, offers the opportunity to shape the future of our sales operations while leading a talented team of professionals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Evaluate and execute linear pricing, planning & inventory decisions to maximize revenue across Upfront, Scatter and Direct Response
- Responsible for building and analyzing revenue models to inform revenue projections for Budget and Forecast.
- Oversee and analyze weekly pacing models to direct inventory utilization strategies.
- Drive convergent sales partnering with CTV counterparts.
- Oversee Scripps’ Data Driven Video offerings and establishing process for planning and stewarding audiences, as well as forward looking opportunities to drive revenue.
- Analyze ratings, ratecard and sellouts to establish strategy for the Upfront.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Research, Comm Ops and Finance to align revenue projections, sales objectives and create tentpole opportunities across the entertainment and sports properties.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 10+ years inventory and/or planning
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in building financial models and scenario planning.
- Proven success in driving revenue and efficiency through pricing and inventory optimization.
- Understanding of changing audience metrics and currency.
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to translate complex data into concise, actionable strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Successful leader and mentor to manage team and influence cross functional stakeholders.

COMPENSATION RANGE:
Annual Salary: $230,000.00 - 250000
