About the Role:

We are seeking an energenic and highly motivated Community & Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing team on a part-time basis. The Community & Partnerships Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day operations of the Numbercrunch Partner Ecosystem Program. This role focuses on event coordination, partner communications, and community engagement. The successful candidate will help ensure that partners remain connected and that ecosystem events and communications run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone early in their career in marketing, communications, PR, or event coordination who enjoys organizing events and building professional communities.

Key Responsibilities:


- Coordinate partner events, roundtables, and community gatherings.
- Manage invitations, guest lists, and event logistics.
- Prepare newsletters and communications using tools such as Mailchimp.
- Create simple marketing materials using Canva.
- Maintain partner contact lists and relationship tracking.
- Support speaker coordination and event follow-ups.
- Assist with research on potential ecosystem partners.

Ideal Candidate:


- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Comfort communicating with professionals and partners.
- Interest in marketing, communications, PR, or event management.
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools is an asset.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.

This role requires approximately 10–15 hours per week and offers a flexible schedule, with occasional participation in events or partner gatherings.
