Legal Finance Administrator

The Legal Finance Administrator provides bookkeeping and accounting support to
Numbercrunch’s law firm clients. This role supports day-to-day financial operations
including billing, accounts payable and receivable, and trust accounting assistance,
while working closely with lawyers and internal team members to ensure accurate and
compliant financial records.
The responsibilities include full cycle accounting namely:
- Trust Accounting
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Issuing invoices and recording receipts
- Bill payment processing
- Payroll processing
- HST filing
- Month end reconciliations
- Responding to client queries
Experience we are looking for:
- 2+ years of Bookkeeping experience
- 1+ year of experience with legal/accounting software (ie. Clio, Soluno or similar)
- 1+ years of experience with Quickbooks Online
- Experience with collections
- Experience processing payroll (issuing T4s, ROEs, T4 summary)

hours are 9-5 (no overtime is expected!)
