As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our Hardware department. Role involves working with multi-functional that include SW, FW, System Architecture, Manufacturing and Field Support teams, to successfully designs end-to-end and provide support for later phases. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, Validating and developing innovative hardware solutions, collaborating with a dynamic team of engineers, and driving the success of our telecom products. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, a bachelor's or master's degree, and a hands-on approach to product design, you will be an integral part of our engineering team.

This is a position for an experienced Electronics Hardware Design Engineer in an individual contributor role at Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will be able to handle complex engineering tasks required to design Optical Communications systems independently or with minimum guidance.
- BS or MS in Electronics or allied fields
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in Optical Networking
- Experience with designing and debugging large layer count PCBs
- Familiarity and experience with high current DC-DC power supplies
- Desirable skills
- 100G + Ethernet interfaces
- Scripting skills for automation
- Experience with the Cadence PCB toolchain (Concept HDL)
- Low noise power design techniques for analogue interfaces
- Knowledge of precision timing protocols
The ideal candidate for this position would be responsible for the entire hardware design process lifecycle, which include
- Engineering and functional specifications
- Component selection
- Front-end design (i.e., Schematic capture)
- Layout supervision about process checks
- Work closely with Signal Integrity teams to realize robust performance
- Prototype bring-up and debugging
- Co-ordinating with ASIC, HW and test teams to resolve issues
