We are looking for a Junior Consultant AI to join our team and work alongside data scientists and domain experts to build advanced data models that solve real-world challenges for telecom providers. This opportunity is ideal for recent 2025 graduates or students completing their degree in Spring 2026 who are passionate about AI and data innovation.

You have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a similar degree.
  • Ability to absorb broad ideas and break them down into meaningful minimum-value product deliveries.

  • Coding skills in Python, R, SQL, and Unix shell scripting.

  • Familiar with database technologies and query language.

  • Effective communication in English (written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in presentation tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Previous Nokia intern or co-op experience.


  • Promote solution adaptation, usage innovation, timely project delivery, and revolutionary customer experience.
  • Specialize in Telco analysis (RAN, CORE, voice, SIP, 5G, Fixed wireless, etc.) from data feed to KPI to data model.
  • Analyze large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets with a variety of analytic methods (math, statistics, machine learning, etc.) and software tools (e.g., scripting in Unix shell, SQL, Python, R, Hive database, etc.).
  • Familiar with visualization tools (Tableau, Superset, Looker, Power BI, and/or other similar tools).
  • Familiar with big data platforms such as Hadoop.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and deliver perfect periodic dashboard reporting.
  • Produce audience-appropriate readouts or presentations.
  • Build, evaluate, and advance machine learning models, and interpret results and accuracy.
