As Advanced Engineering Lab manager at Nokia, you'll play a crucial role in driving the successful launch of cutting-edge network technologies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll manage the end-to-end NPI LABs, from designing innovative LAB network configurations to executing live LAB maintenance and demonstration with customers.

You will lead initiatives that support the introduction of next-generation network solutions. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will oversee the full lifecycle of NPI lab activities, including developing advanced lab network setups and coordinating lab operations, maintenance, and customer demonstrations.

Must Have Skills

• Familiarity with general office productivity tools (e.g., Office Suite)
• Basic understanding of general computing concepts
• Experience with IP Networking
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong troubleshooting experience with real-world deployment issues, including system-level problems, underlay/overlay networking, and multi-vendor environments

Nice to have Skills

• Experience with scripting or other programming languages such as Python, Go or similar technologies
