This role is heavily focused on production support, system optimisation, quarterly release management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will also represent ORC in cross functional bigger projects as required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruiting operations, strong Oracle HCM ORC capabilities understanding and extensive experience in configuring HCM and documenting the solutions. The candidate should be able to propose best fitting solution to meet business needs, have strong troubleshooting skills, and experience working in a fast-paced production support environment. Nokia is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud ORC Functional Consultant to support and enhance our existing Oracle HCM Cloud environment, with a primary focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Oracle SaaS HCM ORC.
- Proven track record in leading and managing complex Oracle SaaS HCM ORC projects.
- Expertise in Oracle SaaS HCM ORC functional design, development, and implementation and Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Recruiting, Core HR)
- Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula troubleshooting
- Experience with security configuration and approval workflows
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Nice-To-Have:
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Lead and manage Oracle SaaS HCM ORC functional enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Provide expert-level production support for the ORC area, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the ORC system's functionality and performance.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the stability and reliability of implemented solutions.
- Document and maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, implementing necessary controls and measures.
