Technician on 2nd Shift, where you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional
engineering teams in a dynamic, in-person setting. Your role
will involve supporting the assembly of opto-electronic devices critical for

Join our dynamic team as a Product Development Assembly Technician on 2nd Shift, where you'll play a critical role in the optical assembly and Failure Mode Analysis (FMA) of cutting-edge opto-electronic devices. Collaborate across teams to ensure that new and existing designs meet strict schedule, yield, performance, reliability, and manufacturability targets. Your execution will help drive the design and development of advanced products that power high-speed networks and communication devices, contributing directly to Nokia's mission of innovation. Must-Have:
2-year technical degree or equivalent experience; 5 years working
experience
Past experience in assembly manufacturing operations and FMA
practices
Proficiency with MS Windows operating system and MS Office
software
Outstanding communication skills required
Team player focused on attention to detail and ability to multitask
Good hand eye coordination as will be working with tweezer-sized
piece parts and microscopes
Nice-To-Have:
Familiar with opto-electronic manufacturing best practices
Experience with Nanosystec equipment
Soldering skills


Assemble and perform FMA on optical products with precision in fast-paced, dynamic environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely execution of new
and existing product designs
Execute process steps to meet schedule, yield, performance,
reliability, and manufacturability standards
Utilize fine motor skills to perform intricate assembly tasks while
maintaining quality and consistency
Interpret and follow complex instructions while communicating
progress effectively with the team
Identify and suggest improvements to engineering teams regarding
piece part and assembly challenges
Adapt to shifting priorities while upholding operational excellence
and meeting product goals
Engage in a collaborative and innovative environment that
