The automation technical manager is responsible for coordinating all automation projects for Nokia solutions aimed to automate delivery of CNF/VNF into customer network and /or apply configuration changes into customer networks in a fully automated fashion.

The automation technical manager is responsible for coordinating all automation projects for Nokia solutions aimed to automate delivery of CNF/VNF into customer network and /or apply configuration changes into customer networks in a fully automated fashion.
Technical Skills:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of experience a Technical project manager on a customer facing role.
- 3+ years of experience on driving CI/CD – DevOPS projects for final customer.
- Very good knowledge of private / public clouds and CNF onboarding techniques.
- Good CI/CD pipeline (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, MS Azure,).
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud native application design and development
- knowledge of CI/CD deployment artifacts (YAML, Ansible, etc.)
- Previous experience with test automation and of Telco cloud is plus
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with version control systems (Git/Gerrit).
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
- Understanding of networking, security, and performance optimization.
- Experienced with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus,

Nice to have:
- Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., C++, Go, JavaScript).
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or other relevant technologies.
- Knowledge of GenAI methodologies
- CI/CD security (VPN, repository, SW signature, etc).
- Experience with development and delivery of K8s operator for CNF LCM.
- Working experience with Nokia NCD/NCOM.

Previous experience with test automation and of Telco cloud
- Customer interface: represent Nokia as main technical interface for technical matters. Attend customer meetings and build project plans with Nokia project manager,
- CI/CD solution delivery: Drive implementation of CI/CD solutions for internal and external customers for LCM of CNF from design to final acceptance and care handover. Proactively report potential issue and propose mitigation actions
- Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and services teams to secure project deliverables and maximize efficiency.
- Team management: Communicate on project scope, plan and milestones, assign task to resources / teams and follow up implementations, manage priority and escalations. Implement and maintain security best practices in the DevOps lifecycle, including vulnerability management, encryption, and access control.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the project (project plan, repository, Customer presentations, etc.)
