The Solutions Services Architect at Nokia is a strategic partner who collaborates closely with customers to understand their unique needs and translate them into tailored end-to-end solutions. By leveraging Nokia's extensive portfolio and integrating third-party products as needed, this role ensures the delivery of high-quality, flexible architectures that drive customer satisfaction and business success. In aligning technical solutions with customer goals, the Solutions Services Architect plays a vital role in Nokia's broader mission of delivering innovative technology that connects people and enhances experiences worldwide.
You have:
- Deep expertise in core network technologies (IMS, MSS, EPC, 5GC, VoLTE, etc.) and related protocols.
- Proven experience in network assessment, optimization, and solution architecture in telecom environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with network management, monitoring, and audit tools .
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams in complex project environments.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience leading small teams or projects with manageable risks
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills for complex scenarios
- Knowledge of current industry trends and innovations in telecommunications
- Cross-cultural communication skills and a global mindset
- Lead end-to-end core network assessment and optimization projects, defining scope, methodology, timelines, and resources in alignment with customer objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive technical assessments, including data collection, KPI analysis, and architecture reviews using industry-standard and Nokia tools.
- Analyze network performance, capacity, resiliency, and security to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate findings into actionable solution designs, optimization roadmaps, and prioritized technical recommendations.
- Act as the primary technical interface with customers, supporting implementation, validation, and ensuring compliance with quality and industry standards.
