We are seeking an organized and people-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Support - Working Student. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various operational and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. This internship provides an exceptional chance to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
Active student status
Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent self-management, organization, and ability to work across multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a similar administrative or HR related role is considered an asset
Proactive, flexible mindset with problem-solving orientation
Provide administrative support for the department of 300+ Engineers
Basic support of the recruitment process
Maintain team knowledge bases (MS SharePoint) and manage access control
Prepare and publish internal and external communications, promotional materials, newsletters, and updates across social media and other communication channels
Organize business travel and delegation logistics for the team and coordinate on‑site visits of external partners
Support daily team operations through effective information flow, documentation handling, and proactive administrative care
