The Technical lead conducts target-oriented research to directly apply findings to the specification, design, further development, and incremental improvement of products, services, systems, tools, processes, etc. Integrates, verifies, tests, and modifies SW / HW / system components and capitalises on innovative solutions to meet particular requirements and specifications.

You have:
Bachelor or above, telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science, or related major preferred with 3 to 6 Years of work experience.
Automation test script experience on python and shell is mandatory
Exposure to Ethernet, Layer 2, Layer 3, TCP/IP technologies
Ethernet, VLAN, IP, QOS, DHCP, 802.1x, IP forwarding, Routing Protocols Proficiency in GPON MAC, OMCI (G.984.4/ G.988), Data modules (L2 & L3), Voice
Protocol knowledge in IP Forwarding, VLAN (802.1q), Bridging & Switching, IGMP Snooping/Proxy, DHCP, SNTP, NAT/ NAPT, PPPoE, SIP, H.323
It would be nice if you also had:
Good exposure to TR-069, WT-257 are added advantage
Cloud Technologies – AWS, GCP, Azure Micro Services
Good knowledge in writing test plan for features in E2E testing
Strong commitment in completing production issues tasks in requested timeframe
Strong with Quality processes
This role requires a technical excellence in the areas defined below.
Responsible for architecture and design of features,
interacts with the product owner on the requirement and converts the high-level requirement into design for the teams.
Responsible for splitting the requirement in to fine grained user stories. Should possess excellent debugging and problem
Solving skills, mentors the team technically.
