As a Customer Architect, you will be a key player in driving customer-centric innovation, shaping experiences, and fostering long-lasting relationships with our diverse client base.

Must-Have:

  • 8+ years of experience
  • A proven track record of successful customer-facing projects, demonstrating your ability to understand and address diverse client needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in a similar customer architect or solution architect role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A background in design thinking or human-centered design principles, with a focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of projects.

  • Lead the design and development of customer-centric solutions, ensuring they align with our clients' goals and vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and create detailed solution architectures.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify customer pain points and market trends, informing your solution design process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic guidance.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance our solution offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Document and present your solution designs to internal and external stakeholders, clearly communicating the value proposition and benefits.
