The Product Manager is accountable for the complete product lifecycle of products and services, from conception and scale-up through maturity and ramp-down, including release planning, prioritization, and execution. The role ensures product competitiveness, stickiness, and an excellent customer experience, while continuously improving the Customer Perceived Value Index. The Product Manager defines and maintains the product vision and roadmap, provides delivery guidelines, and drives revenue and profitability targets for the assigned product.

As a Product Manager in Network Operations Automation, you will drive the development of intelligent automation solutions powered by data mining, structured labeling, and machine learning. Working closely with IP NaaS FDE (Forward Deployment Engineer) and operations teams, you will transform network events into automated workflows that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enable data-driven decision-making across modern data center environments.

Are you excited about the future of automated networks and ready to kick‑start your career in product management? Join us as an Entry-Level Product Manager for Nokia’s IP NaaS team, where you’ll help shape the next generation of Network Operations Automation solutions.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Data Science.

  • Internship, project, or fellowship experience in product management, software engineering, or data-driven applications.

  • Deep understanding of data analytics, structured data labeling, and machine learning.

  • Experience working with data analysis, database systems, or visualization and monitoring platforms is preferred.

  • Ability to translate technical requirements into clear product documentation and user stories.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

It would be nice if you also have:

  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, APIs, and container-based environments is a plus.
  • Previous Nokia intern or co-op experience.


  • Support product roadmap execution for Network Operations Automation features related to data mining, labeling, and ML-based workflows.

  • Work with FDEs, engineering, and operations teams to gather requirements from real customer deployments.

  • Help define data models, labeling standards, and dataset requirements for network events.

  • Translate operational problems into clear product requirements and user stories.

  • Track feature development progress and support release planning and documentation.

  • Assist in analyzing product performance, customer feedback, and field issues to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Follow up on product issues and coordinate with engineering to ensure timely resolution.
