The Network Infrastructure Knowledge Services team defines and builds the customer documentation and the learning portfolio supporting our customers, partners, and employees. This team is responsible for Nokia’s flagship IP/MPLS certification program, the Service Routing Certification Program, as well as numerous other learning programs, including the Optical Network Certification Program and NSP certification learning portfolios.

Position: Permanent Start date (tentative): April, 2026 Location: Hybrid in Amadora, Portugal Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Event Management, Human Resources, or Education or a related field with an accredited school

You Have:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Event Management, Human Resources, or Education, or equivalent practical experience.
  • You have up to 2 years of experience in the following areas: Training Support or Event Co-Ordinator or Administrative support or a similar role. Or experience working with internal teams or customers in a professional environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

It would be nice if you had:

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work across different time zones in a global environment.

  • Coordinate all types of learning events end-to-end, covering both customer and employee training initiatives.
  • Leverage the Nokia Learning and Development Hub, Visual Planning, and other internal tools to execute training-related activities.
  • Assist in the coordination of certification programs and worldwide training rollouts.
  • Manage training calendars and waitlists, and support go/no-go decision-making for open sessions.
  • Coordinate and support lab connectivity testing to ensure technical session readiness.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all training event–related requests from clients and internal functions (e.g. Delivery Managers).
  • Ensure full event preparedness, including both pre-training setup and post-training follow-up activities.
