As a Care Engineer - Working Student, you will support end‑to‑end Global Care services for the Nokia Cloud Infra Products . In this learning‑focused role, you’ll develop technical support and customer handling skills , assisting with troubleshooting and fix preparation. You’ll work closely with experienced team members, contribute to improvement initiatives, and occasionally join supervised customer calls. This role offers the chance to build a strong technical foundation, grow in a global environment, and make an impact from day one.
Must-Have:
- Strong fundamentals in Linux OS administration and troubleshooting
- Hands-on understanding of Kubernetes and container-based platforms (OpenShift preferred)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, and networking fundamentals
- Good analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-have:
- Exposure to OpenStack, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, or DevOps tools
- Scripting skills in Python or Shell
- Familiarity with telecom systems, cloud-native network functions (CNFs), or NFV concepts
- Support system integration, deployment, and validation of cloud-native telecom solutions based on Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and OpenStack.
- Assist in troubleshooting platform, CI/CD pipeline, container, and networking issues across multi-cloud environments.
- Perform system health checks, log analysis, failure investigation, and defect validation activities.
- Participate in CI/CD execution, automation support, and release validation for telecom cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with 3LS/4LS engineering teams to analyze complex issues and support faster resolution.
