As a experienced Oracle HCM SaaS techno functional consultant to join our team and contribute to Oracle HCM SaaS projects, enhancements and production support. You will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our Oracle SaaS HCM platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Your primary focus will be on the reporting area, but we also value expertise in other domains such as Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, HelpDesk, Authorizations and Access Management.

As a Oracle techno functional consultant to join Digital Office HR People department. The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle SaaS HCM skills, with expertise in reporting and other domains.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle SaaS HCM techno-functional consulting, with a strong focus on reporting.
- Proven expertise in Oracle SaaS HCM reporting and analytics, including dashboard development and data visualization.
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle SaaS HCM modules and their integration with other systems.
- Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework is preferred.

- Stay updated with the latest Oracle SaaS HCM features and best practices, and recommend process improvements.
- Document and communicate technical specifications, system configurations, and change management processes.
- Conduct testing and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Prioritise and manage the backlog of enhancement requests.
