The E2E Senior Technical Project Manager, E2E TPM, will manage a large scale Service Delivery projects to effectively deliver deployment, integration and migration services to a major customer. The TPM will be responsible for all aspects of the delivery including: delivery to SLA/KPI, resource forecasting, workload balancing, continuous service improvement, resource management and customer, and Nokia business, reporting. The role bridges the technical delivery teams (e.g., network engineering, software development, field services) and the customer facing side (sales, account management, support), making sure that service commitments are met and that customers receive a consistent, high value experience. The function will be present throughout the whole project timeline, ensuring dedicated governance continuity from project design and capability build to integration, migration and operation.

The Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for management of all the technical management activities defined in Customer contract in terms of quality, risk and time from delivery approach preparation through deployment, customer acceptance and care phase. Acts as primary technical interface and first technical escalation point within the Customer project.
You Have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science or 8 years equivalent practical work experience.
- 5 years of industry related proven record of successful service delivery, preferably in network deployment and migration environments
- A solid technical background, with proven understanding of large IP networks and Nokia products – Data Center knowledge will be considered an advantage
- Current knowledge of Nokia business units, processes and internal stakeholders as well as previous Technical Project Management experience will be evaluated as differentiators
- Proven knowledge of and strong understanding of project management tools and methodology, certification would be an asset
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in a multicultural and cross functional team environment

- Ability to negotiate and moderate discussions
- Experience with complex networks on a multi-vendor environment.

- Cooperating closely with the Nokia Project Manager and Integration Technical Managers to gain a maximum client satisfaction
- Providing mentoring and day to day support to the team members
- Ensuring high quality service delivery to the customer and regular reporting of the project’s KPIs
- Actively managing risks and issues that might affect project delivery against the plan
- Identifying succession options and ensuring development and continuity of the most important skill sets
- Providing regular high-level updates to the Senior Management on project status to ensure that they are aware of any potential slippage or project shift.
- Ensuring continuous process improvement aiming to streamline the delivery and business supportive processes as well as cost effectiveness
- Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and organisational policies
- Interfacing regularly with other business groups to further development of technical skills and improvements of the delivery process
- Providing inputs to the PMO Reporting and delivering the project’s status. Acting as an escalation level for service delivery issues
- Managing people within the project team, mentoring and coaching.Providing team members’ performance assessment and development needs
- As a member of the extended Nokia PM team, actively manage the customer relationship in the scope of project execution. Supporting PMO & Finance in the areas of billing and payment
