The Senior Customer Project Manager at Nokia, is responsible for managing and supporting a diverse range of customer projects, focusing on IP, Optical, and FN product areas. This role is crucial for driving successful project outcomes and maintaining strong customer relationships.
You have
- Fluency in FRENCH leanguge is mandatory for this position
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- PMP Certification is strongly preferred, or a willingness to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management in Telecommunications, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent customer management skills, with a history of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Partner with Sales to build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to scope and define new opportunities for your customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer projects and post sales deliverables at every organizational level through regular face to face and/or virtual engagements. Travel may be required at times to customer locations.
- Lead the delivery of complex projects including the end to end design and implementation of turnkey Network Solutions that may incorporate products and software from multiple Business Groups and product portfolios across Nokia. Primary focus for this role will be in IP, Optical and Fixed Access products.
- Lead matrixed internal project teams including Customer Engineering, Product Line Managers, Supply Chain and Service Delivery organizations to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Mentor and develop junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
