Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with the following:
Operative Systems (OS) Linux/Unix/Windows and advanced features including LDAP, Active Directory, and Clustering;
L2 and L3 IP architectures and network models;
Networking troubleshooting on switches and routers for Telecom solutions; and
Programming Languages: C/ C++ and Python for Mobile Network Automation and Operations.
Domestic travel required up to 30%.
International travel required up to 10%.
Telecommuting may be permitted up to 100% anywhere in the US.

Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption and perform installation, and software upgrades of self-optimizing network (SON) products.
Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks.
Serve as an interface between customers, technical support, and development teams.
Develop and evaluate effective solutions focusing on SON systems to meet customer’s requirements and outcomes.
Troubleshoot issues, identify risks, determine technical escalation steps, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
Provide on-site support with diagnosis and resolve SON software and hardware issues utilizing 3GPP wireless tools/ Implement proactive measures to address customer concerns and to ensure solution feasibility of the network solution.
Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output.
Responsible for contribution to teamwork.
Carry out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines.
Demonstrate initiative and adaptability to changing business environments.
