The Care Program Manager-NAM coordinates and manages the Care Operations activities, acting as the interface between Nokia Customers and internal stakeholders. Ensuring the fulfillment of the Care contract in terms of Costs and SLAs, responsible for KPIs compliance, managing relationship with customers, supporting contract renewal, analyzing and understanding customer technology changes, with the objective of maintaining customer engagement, ensuring the correct Care operations and compliance of Care Financials targets.

Care Program Manager-NAM to lead and manage Care Operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract fulfillment. The ideal candidate will act as a key interface, driving successful customer relationships and operational excellence.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or telecommunications environment.
- Knowledge of contract management and customer relationship management principles.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Coordinate and manage Care Operations activities, acting as the primary interface between Nokia Customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the fulfillment of Care contracts, including cost management and adherence to SLAs.
- Monitor and manage KPIs to ensure compliance and performance excellence.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, supporting contract renewal and maintaining customer engagement.
- Provide regular updates and reports on Care Operations performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve Care Financials targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve Care Operations.
