Customer Project Management (CPM) ensures customer projects / programs are delivered within agreed scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Contains projects throughout all phases, starting from delivery approach identification to completion / care / operation. Comprises management of customer (and all stakeholder) relationships and expectations during the contract fulfilment as well as project team members / resources. Contains project risk management, and driving of improvement actions to secure project gross margin and upselling and cross-selling.

The Customer Project Manager is accountable for an external customer program (collection of projects managed together for business benefits) or project for an assigned product and / or service scope. Assigns tasks to the project team and manages project resources and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality. Responsible for the overall project success with respect to external customer satisfaction, financial results, health & safety control activities, and operational services delivery performance. End-to-end project planning and risk and opportunity management.
- Bs in Electrical Engineer Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5-8 years’ experience as Project Manager, Project Engineer, or equivalent.
- PMI certifications are desirable.
- At least basic knowledge of Network Core Element.
- English proficiency is required.
- Manages complex customer programs or projects, ensuring delivery within defined product/service scope, budget, and quality, often with medium to high risk.
- Ensures all project and operational management adheres to Nokia's Mode of Operation (MoO), BG/BL guidelines, and the PM@Nokia methodology.
- Responsible for comprehensive project planning, including change management (cost, scope, schedule, quality), and ensuring consistency in financial, product, and service forecasts.
- Acts as the primary customer interface, managing relationships, communications, complaints, and changing requirements throughout the delivery phase.
- Oversees project transitions (Sell to Execute, Delivery to Care) and customizes global operational processes to meet specific project needs.
- Conducts thorough risk management, applies best practices, monitors KPIs, and continuously strives for quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Leads the project team, participates in pre-sales activities, and actively seeks opportunities to expand and renew customer contracts.
- Manages the project closure and handover processes, including contractual requirements and lessons learned.
