Country People Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and trustworthy HR expert to join the Employee Services Country People Team in Poland. And who will act as our internal compass for Polish labor law, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
Your role will be to support Country People Manager in ensuring smooth execution of HR projects through local delivery of critical People initiatives.

Become our internal compass for Polish labor law and operational excellence, driving critical People initiatives within our Employee Services Country People Team in Poland.
- A solid experience in Polish Labor Law (3+ years) with a degree in law
- Proven experience in project management
- Excellency in MS Office 365 skills
- Fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken) is a must
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative spirit
- A calm head under pressure and a "nice-to-work-with" attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and rapidly acquire understanding of a context
- Strong communication skills
- Provide specialized expertise in HR processes for Nokia Poland.
- Guardian of Compliance: Monitor changes in Polish Labor Law and proactively translate them into actionable company policies. You’ll ensure we stay ahead of the curve, not just catching up to it.
- Security & Privacy: Act as the HR point of contact for GDPR (RODO) and ISO 27001 standards.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead and support ad-hoc projects focused on organizational excellence and operational efficiency.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Manage complex relationships within the organization, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across various internal groups and external bodies.
- Data Intelligence: Use your analytical expertise to turn raw HR data into insights.
