Must-Have:
- Require any bachelor's degree or related field
- Typically, a minimum 10–15 years of experience
- Experience in Change Management for applications, devices, and network infrastructure in an ITIL compliant environment
- Ability to analyze risks and impacts related to proposed changes, ensuring minimal organizational disruption
- Good communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- ITIL Foundation qualification or equivalent experience in information technology
- Proven project management experience, particularly in an IT setting
Nice-To-Have:
- Familiarity with legal issues related to information systems and technology
- Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders across an organization
- A positive, can-do attitude and flexibility in approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of developing and implementing release management procedures
- Good to have customer focus demonstrated through previous roles.
- Document and maintain Change Management policies, processes, and standards.
- Analyze and assess Requests for Change (RFC) for safety, business impact, and risk management.
- Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of Requests for Change, ensuring compliance and closure.
- Lead the Change Advisory Board, facilitating discussions and decisions on proposed changes.
- Establish and maintain Release Management policies and procedures.
- Coordinate release activities, including acceptance testing and documentation of action plans.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations during release planning and roll-out.
- Develop and present Change Management performance reports as necessary.
