Must-Have:
- Require any bachelor's degree or related field.
- Typically, a minimum 5–8 years of telecommunication experience, with 5+ years in Cloud & OSS solutions.
- Proven expertise in OCP Platform Administration and Kubernetes management.
- Strong scripting capabilities in Shell, PERL, or Python.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, and SNMP protocols.
- RHCSA Certification and L3 Certified Specialist in Open Shift & NCP.
Nice-To-Have:
- Background in Networking, VNF and CNF deployment readiness.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with ECS or EKS.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Knowledge of database administration and maintenance (Oracle, Sybase).
- Provide technical support and resolution for incidents related to Nokia OSS products and Cloud solutions.
- Ensure seamless interworking of OSS with network elements, managing alarm sync, PM data sync, and configuration management.
- Troubleshoot and manage fault, configuration, and performance management issues for enterprise networks.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve technical escalations and support customer requirements.
- Design, deploy, and integrate cloud solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Oversee deployments, upgrades, and New Product Introductions (NPI) for global rollouts.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including MOPs and incident RCAs.
