The Order Fulfilment Planner ensures optimal order scheduling and on-time fulfilment. Supports avoidance of disconnects along the integrated planning process and fulfilment. Improves shortage and supplies sales risk management via tool-supported central steering. Is responsible for order validation and confirmation, sales order processing, and logistic project management for complex customer orders. Drives and executes the allocation process and shares information towards stakeholders.
- Bs Degree in relevant area.
- 3-5 years practical experience in Telecommunications and/or Information Technology environments.
- Must have SAP knowledge and preferably KINAXIS and MS Office
- Must have at least Advanced English proficiency.
• Provides optimal scenarios for delivery plan (SO on hand) output, based on supply availability, customer priority settings and financial business targets (focus on order window).
• Provides item based lead time transparency and ensures immediate and reliable sales order confirmation dates in line with prioritisation rules and allocation decisions.
• Executes the agreed delivery plan from the planning cycle and manages sales order confirmation and rescheduling.
• Detects deviations and exceptions along connecting points of MN Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
• Monitors and analyses supply constraints (incl. supply backlog analysis).
• Analyses and reports supply capability in order execution window (incl. OnTimeDelivery_requested (OTDr), Lead Time (LT) gap root causes, delivery status).
• Ensures technical and logistical order correctness in cooperation with for core orders.
• Releases orders for purchasing and ensures delivery on confirmed date for core orders.
