As an MS Specialist Core you will be managing and resolving L2 faults within PS Core network operations, ensuring optimal performance and service continuity. The specialist provides 24x7 support, primarily focusing on Huawei and ZTE PS Core technologies for critical incident resolution.
Must-Have Skills
- Level 2 Fault Management: Direct responsibility for diagnosing and resolving complex network issues.
- Proactive Monitoring (PS Core): Ability to actively observe and identify potential problems within the Packet Switched Core domain.
- Swift Fault Resolution (PS Core): Capability to quickly address and resolve faults to minimize service disruption.
