As an NPO engineer, you will leverage AI/ML and data science to strategically plan, design, and optimize customer communication networks for peak performance and satisfaction. It encompasses end-to-end network lifecycle management, from initial design to continuous operational enhancement.
Must-Have Skills:
- With 12+Years of experience with proven ability to apply AI/ML methodologies and data science principles to network design, performance, and optimization challenges.
- Demonstrated capability to independently solve complex technical problems in network design and performance, including fault diagnosis.
- Strong experience in developing, reviewing, and recommending network-wide designs for performance, spectrum, and capacity, utilizing data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in analyzing traffic trends, customer forecasts, and data from field/lab tests to optimize network components and predict future needs.
- Experience in conducting network audits and performance activities, identifying issues, and proposing data-backed solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge working within multi-vendor network environments.
- Familiarity with developing network configuration files and performing interface analysis.
- Ability to organize and interpret data from field measurements and laboratory tests to inform network improvements.
- Apply AI/ML and data science methodologies to independently resolve complex network design and performance challenges in multi-vendor environments.
- Develop and recommend network-wide designs for performance, spectrum, and capacity, leveraging advanced data analytics and predictive modeling.
- Utilize AI-driven insights for proactive network optimization, based on sophisticated traffic trend analysis and customer demand forecasts.
- Perform data-intensive network audits, employing machine learning for anomaly detection and root cause analysis of identified faults.
- Organize and analyze data from field measurements and laboratory tests to inform AI/ML model development and drive network improvements.
- Support network experts with data-driven recommendations for developing optimized network configuration files and performing in-depth interface analysis.
- Design and implement predictive models to anticipate network bottlenecks, proactively identify capacity needs, and enhance overall network efficiency.
- Drive the adoption of data science methodologies to improve network planning, deployment, and operational excellence continuously.
