Test Engineer

As a Test Engineer in the BB RCP SW team, you would be working on domain-specific feasibility studies, technical analysis, and feature specification work covering all functional and non-functional aspects and requirements. You will work closely with global teams to design, implement and test software while ensuring high-quality standards and continuous improvement.

You have:
- Knowledge of C++, Golang, or Python, with interest in testing and development
- Familiarity with Linux environments and willingness to learn scripting (e.g., Python or Golang)
- Understanding of software development concepts and testing fundamentals
- Awareness of agile development practices and CI/CD workflows
It would be nice if you also had:
- Interest in cloud technologies and containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Curiosity about telecommunications architecture (e.g., 5G Radio Network)
- Exposure to version control tools like Git or GitLab
- Motivation to learn test automation and quality assurance techniques
- Support the creation and execution of test plans and cases
- Assist in regression testing and contribute to automation improvements
- Help verify interfaces and ensure test quality within CI workflows
- Collaborate on issue investigation and bug fixing activities
- Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques (e.g., Python)
- Participate in team discussions on process improvements and best practices
- Gain exposure to test automation and continuous delivery integration
