End-to-End family (E2E) comprises the support of customers across different Business Units/Business Groups as needed, in line with contractual service agreements and internal Nokia stakeholders in pre- and post-sales activities with technical and non-technical topics. Ensures readiness of service delivery and covers the provision of recommendations to product houses on design for serviceability aspects. Contains escalation of key issues to appropriate functions.

The Packet Core Technical Manager is responsible for management of all the technical management activities defined in Customer contract in terms of quality, risk and time from delivery approach preparation through deployment, customer acceptance and care phase. Acts as primary technical interface and first technical escalation point within the Customer project.
  • Typically requires 6-8 years relevant project management technical experience for PaCo technologies.
  • Graduate equivalent (or higher) degree in relevant areas.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Technical Support Services and customer interface.
  • Self motivated well-organized individual who can prioritize work and handle multiple tasks, and who can define technical processes and instructions.
  • Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills, both internally and oriented to customers.
  • Ability to work and learn independently, proactively and to work and make decisions under pressure.

  • End-to-End Technical Project Management: Manages all technical activities for small to medium EPC projects, from delivery preparation through deployment, customer acceptance, and care, ensuring quality, risk, and timeline adherence. This includes supporting project planning and handover to regular operations.
  • Technical Leadership & Expertise: Serves as the primary technical interface and first escalation point, providing deep EPC knowledge. Leads critical technical activities such as network implementation, system acceptance, multi-vendor interface verification, fault management, preventive care, and HW/SW updates/upgrades.
  • Risk & Resource Management: Conducts technical risk analysis, proposes and implements mitigation actions, validates technical workload, and manages resource allocation for technical tasks.
  • Operational Continuity & Business Development: Ensures network availability and operational continuity, identifies opportunities for contract expansion, and supports Solution Managers in reviewing adopted solutions.
