The NI Delivery Center is part of Nokia’s Network Infrastructure Delivery & Operations organization. Its core mission is to execute end-to-end delivery of contracts and projects with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Lead high-impact customer projects end-to-end, drive delivery excellence, manage key stakeholders, and ensure successful outcomes in scope, budget, and quality—while shaping customer satisfaction and project success.
Good knowledge of project and program management methodologies
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks and to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a changing environment
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Fluent German mandatory

- Prepare Project Management Plans and project phase plans for the projects
Prepare HW forecast, monitor deviation on actual vs forecast to implement corrective actions and ensure that the HW deliveries will be executed as specified in the contract
Execute project, monitor and control progress against a baseline plan, look continuously for improvement (in line with PMBOK® and the Nokia Project Management processes)
Contribute to project reviews internally and toward the customer
Manage customer relationship in the scope of project execution and ensure customer input to the project is received in a timely and effective manner in order to meet project objectives and schedules
Obtain customer input sign-off of completed deliverables and formal customer acceptance of project completion
Ensure that the project is delivered within the approved budget and profitability forecast
Ensure effective billing and payment. End to end P&L responsible
The role may be appointed at Job Grade 8 or 9, based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
