Nokia of America Corp. is seeking a Technical Manager 3 to lead and manage a high-performing team in the CNS Delivery department. This role is crucial for driving technical excellence and innovation in a rapidly evolving environment.
- English proficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
Work Style: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and willingness to travel as required.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and guide a cross-functional deployment team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, and mentoring team members for professional growth.
- Project Management & Execution: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards, and effective resource allocation.
- Stakeholder & Risk Management: Establish strong customer communication, define project requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Reporting & Industry Awareness: Conduct regular progress reviews, provide timely updates to all parties, and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and technologies.
