Sales Engagement & Solutioning (SES) comprises the identification of new businesses focusing on future technologies and the setting of sales strategies to develop new business opportunities. Contains driving of Nokia's solutions across business groups, positions and selling of Nokia's solutions to customers in coordination with sales and / or presales teams through a consultative selling approach. Covers delivery of business consulting services (tactical & strategic business cases) with an inclusive customer engagement plan to maximise Nokia's portfolio adoption. S/He identifies new businesses within a defined geographic territory / industry / broad business / product area focusing on future technologies and creates sales channels to acquire them. Responsible for closing new deals and generating sales revenue within completely new prospects / markets and / or existing accounts targeting new revenue streams. Sets sales strategies to develop new business opportunities and to attain sales performance targets for the defined set of pre-identified accounts, geographic territories, or industry. Does not follow a defined sales quota target.

The Desk-Based Partner Account Manager (DPAM) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of channel or strategic partners, primarily through virtual engagement. This role focuses on driving revenue, ensuring partner satisfaction, and aligning partner activities with the company’s strategic goals. Achieves business financial objectives in strategic partners (alliances, Service Provider as a Partner (SpaaP), industrial partners, distributors, Value-Added Resellers (VARs)).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in account management, sales, or partner/channel management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is a must, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, support, and escalations.
- Conduct regular virtual business reviews and check-ins.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales through partner channels by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue and performance targets.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Operational Support
- Ensure partners are trained and updated on new products, services, and promotions.
- Monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to resolve partner issues.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Track partner activities and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
