People Organization is looking for a Talent Attraction partner, Early Careers to drive our early careers and campus engagement initiatives, enhance our brand presence at key campuses, and attract top talent from universities and colleges across India, MEA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and talent development, with experience in managing campus hiring and branding programs and building relationships with internal stakeholders & academic institutions.

  • Act as the subject matter expert on campus recruiting markets, campus competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas
  • Build and maintain partnerships with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, Nokia students, and key University Partners across the assigned region
  • Contribute and establish branding initiatives both internally and externally while utilizing social media to promote the India Student Program
  • Attend external Career events as needed and host internal team building and learning sessions for students
  • Take full ownership of and manage the student hiring plans for multiple business groups

  • 5-8 years of experience in campus hiring / early careers talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated experience enabling and delivering early careers programs across APJ and MEA regions.
  • Proven ability to design, execute, and manage end-to-end campus engagement initiatives at scale.
  • MBA in HR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Campus Recruiting Strategy & Program Enablement

  • Lead the implementation of the Early Careers campus recruiting strategy to ensure a diverse, high-quality pipeline of graduates and interns.
  • Take full ownership of student hiring plans across multiple business groups, from demand forecasting to onboarding.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on campus hiring markets, competitive trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging talent insights across India, APJ, and MEA.

Brand & Campus Engagement Leadership

  • Lead and contribute to innovative campus branding and engagement initiatives, both internally and externally.
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute end-to-end engagement programs (virtual, hybrid, and in-person) across campuses and regions.
  • Leverage social media and digital platforms to promote the India Student Program and strengthen employer brand visibility.
  • Represent the organization at external career events and host internal learning, networking, and team-building sessions for students.

Talent Scouting & Candidate Engagement

  • Build and sustain long-term partnerships with universities, business leaders, hiring managers, student communities, and alumni networks.
  • Plan, execute, and continuously improve campus hiring events, including career fairs, assessments, interviews, and engagement sessions.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end candidate engagement journeys, enhancing experience and process efficiency at every touchpoint.

Data, Analytics & Market Intelligence

  • Utilize recruiting analytics to derive insights, track program effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting across campus recruiting metrics.
  • Provide market intelligence to stakeholders to support workforce planning and realistic hiring expectations.

Collaboration & People Leadership

  • Champion strong people skills, influencing without authority and delivering results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Leverage functional expertise and industry trends to identify optimal sourcing and engagement strategies across campuses.
