As a Technical Specialist in the MN S&D team, you’ll thrive in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with passionate professionals dedicated to innovation. Your advanced programming skills in Python, Go, or Java to address complex challenges, focusing on enhancing system design and optimizing performance.
You have:
Bachelor/Masters degree in Electronic/Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years in software development with 2–3 years in a Tech Lead / Senior role
Hands-on experience with distributed systems and large-scale applications
Experience in building NMS/EMS or OSS applications and exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
It would be nice if you also had:
Advanced programming expertise in Python, Go, or Java with system design experience
Familiarity with cloud-native stacks like Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh
Knowledge of messaging/streaming technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ
- You will leverage your advanced programming skills in Python, Go, or Java to tackle complex challenges, enhancing system design and performance optimization.
- Use your expertise in cloud-native stacks like Kubernetes and Docker, alongside databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB, to build and optimize distributed systems.
- You’ll enjoy hands-on experience with large-scale applications while contributing to the development of NMS/EMS or OSS applications
- Define coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines to enhance team productivity and code quality.
- Perform design and code reviews, mentor mid/junior developers to foster their growth and technical skills.
- Guide the implementation of network/device management protocols including SNMP, NETCONF, RESTCONF, and gNMI.
