As a Deploy Project Director at Nokia, you are accountable for major and/or multiple customer projects, ensuring they are delivered within the scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality. This role is responsible for the overall success of the project, including customer satisfaction, financial results, health and safety control activities, and operational services delivery performance.
You have:
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management of network deployment with minimum 5-years experience as a Senior Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Expertise in radio and microwave; products and services
- Good financial acumen and cost management skills and capabilities to work under pressure and smart decision making
It would be nice if you also have:
- Formal Project Management certification e.g. PMP, and familiarity with Nokia digital project management tools and processes
- Understanding of end to end business processes and product life cycle

Deliver projects on scope, time, cost and aligned with contractual obligations and establish project reporting and governance internally and with the customer. - Develop customer relationship, understand customer environment, determine customer interfaces and identify responsibilities.
- Implement risk management and control measures and oversee overall project management, including operational objectives and customer interface.
- Ensure execution adherence to customer contracts and Nokia’s processes and implement and monitor health and safety plans.
- Achieve financial goals for the project and manage all resources necessary for project execution.
- Secure End-to-end project planning and risk and opportunity management.
- Ensure adherence to the defined delivery model, processes, and tools.
- Identify deploy transformation levers and realize benefits.
- Manage change control board governance and manage and control project risks and ensure project closure, including review of excess spare materials.
