A Network Performance Optimization Specialist involves monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing network performance by diagnosing root causes of issues, recommending improvements like QoS optimization and software upgrades, and proactively identifying problems to ensure contractual KPI targets are met.

Independently provides optimization support to assist customers in network rollout modernization independently Performs analysis, testing, tuning and feature activation, monitoring and optimization activities in customer networks Performs MDT Minimization of Drive Test , Layer 3 trace analysis Effectively uses design and measurement tools including internal external troubleshooting tools Proactively automates optimization related activities which involve repetition, to reduce analysis time
