We are seeking a talented and experienced Services Engineer to join our team to provide technical support for top telecommunications operators. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of our network in a key and strategic project.

The SRAN Services Engineer handles highly complex technical problems within 5G Radio Access Network service delivery and deployment and develops original and innovative solutions with broad impact on strategic projects for delivering advanced 5G services to top telecommunications operators.
- Strong knowledge of Nokia’s 5G Radio and related technologies
- Experience in network troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation 24/7
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel in short notice to support customers F2F.
It would be nice if you also have:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide technical support for Nokia’s 5G Radio Access Network, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Participate in the network deployment and troubleshoot any issues that may appear.
- Work with Customer and other Nokia teams to ensure that our network meets the highest quality standards.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to Customer network infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in 5G technology and implement new features as needed.
- Travel regularly.
The position entails presence in Turin and travel occasionally to Sardinia.
