You have:
10+ years of experience in solution architecture or related technical field
Strong understanding of customer needs and stakeholder engagement
Expertise in designing end-to-end solutions using Nokia products and 3rd party systems
Proficiency in applying solution architecture standards and principles

Experience leading small teams or projects with manageable risks
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills for complex scenarios
Knowledge of current industry trends and innovations in telecommunications
