Must-Have:
• 7+ years of experience in domain architecture and complex systems integration
• Proven track record in designing and implementing high- and low-level technical solutions
• Expertise in managing SLAs and KPIs to ensure quality performance
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and customers

Nice-To-Have:
• Experience with Method of Procedures (MOPs) development and execution
• Familiarity with customer lab support and operations customization
• Knowledge of advanced troubleshooting methodologies and emergency management
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members in technical aspects
• Exposure to cross-cultural collaboration within global teams


• Design and implement complex integration solutions for customer projects.
• Conduct requirement analysis and create high- and low-level designs, call flows, and test strategies.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for solution design validation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and mentorship to internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Document Root Cause Analysis for outages and execute Method of Procedures (MOPs) for upgrades.
• Act as a Certified Emergency Engineer to restore operational disruptions efficiently.
• Engage with tiered support levels and collaborate with external vendors as necessary for issue resolution.
