Comprises other enterprise-wide functions such as trainees.
Subfamily Description
Trainee (TRA) comprises graduates taking part in Nokia's trainee programme (only for the duration of the programme). Trainees rotate through different functions to experience the company from the ground and up.
The Trainee performs delegated tasks with the objective to take over more and more responsibilities and learn all required skills for his / her future job. The main purpose of this job is to gain experience of all aspects of a selected area.

Scope & Contribution
Work carried out according to specific instruction and set procedures. Requires active supervision and coaching from SLM or peers.

Skilled in one technical/admin area. Typically in position 1-2 years based on performance.
• Carries out work according to prescribed procedures, following detailed instructions and guidelines using judgment in straightforward situations typically selecting from defined alternatives.
• Has a small degree of discretion to vary from established procedures.
