Internship AI-Driven RAN Optimization with NVIDIA AI Aerial Suite
Nokia
At Nokia, we create technology that helps the world act together. As a B2B technology innovation leader, we are pioneering networks that sense, think and act by leveraging our work across mobile, fixed and cloud networks. In addition, we create value with intellectual property and long-term research, led by the award-winning Nokia Bell Labs. In France, Nokia has a strong technological base that relies on both cutting-edge Research and Development teams and very strong links with the French digital ecosystem. Our activities are spread over two major sites in Lannion (Côtes d'Armor) and Paris-Saclay (Massy and Nozay, Essonne).
The fusion of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Radio Access Networks (RAN) or AI-RAN is fundamentally changing wireless communication by creating programmable, intelligent, self-optimizing, and highly efficient networks.
This internship focuses on exploring and developing AI applications within Radio Access Networks (RAN) using NVIDIA's AI Aerial suite / Sionna kit, performing practical experimentation and use-case validation. This internship offers a unique opportunity to delve into this cutting-edge field, leveraging NVIDIA's AI Aerial suite as a powerful platform designed for developing and deploying AI-driven solutions for wireless systems. The intern will contribute to identifying, developing, and experimenting with novel AI-RAN use cases that enhance network performance, resource management, and user experience.
