The Customer Solutions Architect acts as a trusted advisor partnering with the customers on their needs. Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders and translates them into effective requirements and solutions. Specifies and designs effective end-to-end solutions incl. customer-specific adaptations by using the Nokia portfolio of products, systems and / or services as well as 3rd party products where required. Applies solution architecture standards, processes, and principles to create and maintain a solution's (technical) integrity over time.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of experience in Packet Core Design and Implementation.
- Comprehensive understanding of Packet Core Architecture from an end-to-end perspective.
- Expertise in Packet Core components spaning multiple technologies (3G, 4G, 5G), including SGSN, GGSN, MME, S/PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF, NRD.
- Knowledge of HTTP2 and the role of various 5G interfaces.
- Experience and expertise with cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, CNI, CSI, Service Mesh, Docker, and OpenStack.
- Good presentation skills and effective communicator.
- Review the feasibility of solution and deliverable - Technical Solution Description.
- Provides senior-level consulting expertise across the PaCo portfolio—including cMM, cMG, NRD spanning multiple technologies such as 3G, 4G, 5G.
- Responsible to lead the design workshops(Clarify with customer about the solution)
Responsible to create and maintain the HLD, LLD, CIQ, ATMN, design changes, scope changes. - Responsible for Design walkthrough and to clarify any solution queries to Project team members.
- Follow up technical questions, actions items during project phase.
- Serves as a subject matter expert and thought leader, mentoring teams and acting as a key resource for best practices within the organization.
