Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in product testing
- Proficient in Python, Tcl, Perl, or Java, with Datacomm/Networking/NMS test experience
- Strong skills in test strategy preparation, debug, and problem-solving
- In-depth understanding of IP based fixed access networks, Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols and experience in multi-core, multi-process, and multi-thread programming
- Experience with network protocol and L2/L3 packet forwarding
Nice-To-Have:
- Familiarity with object-oriented design principles
- Prior experience managing customer trouble tickets and resolutions
- Become proficient in IP-based fixed access networks, Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols.
- Conduct architecture and design analysis to meet customer requirements.
- Analyze real-world customer deployments and integrate feedback into product features.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and Product Management to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Manage and resolve complex customer issues, providing technical expertise and corrective actions.
- Develop software/hardware production releases and maintain documentation for product evolution.
- Train support teams on technical and design knowledge of assigned products.
- Participate in process improvements and uphold quality standards in product testing and development.
