The Strategy and Technology organization drives Nokia’s future innovation by identifying value-creation opportunities, setting a unified company vision, and developing coherent business, technology, and architecture strategies. As a Salesforce Developer you will be building, customizing, and integrating solutions on the Salesforce Platform.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fieldwith 3 -5 years in Salesforce.
  • Experience in Apex (classes, triggers, Queueables, Batchable, Schedulable), SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Aura, Visualforce (legacy support), Salesforce Flows and optimization of Apex/LWC
  • Preferably in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
  • Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, External Services; middleware experience (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar).
  • Data: Data Loader, Workbench, LDV strategies, indexing/selectivity, large-scale imports/exports.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Salesforce Admin, Salesforce PD I certifications.
  • Certifications (preferred): Platform Developer I (required or in progress), Platform Developer II (nice to have), Administrator or Advanced Administrator (bonus), JavaScript Developer I (bonus).

  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulables, and asynchronous processing.
  • Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components for responsive UI/UX.
  • Configure declarative automation: Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and formulas.
  • Implement sharing, role hierarchies, and field-level security per least-privilege principles.
  • Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs; implement Named Credentials and External Services.
  • Use CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) with SFDX packages.
  • Monitor performance and optimize Apex/LWC, caching, and query selectivity
