Join Nokia's 6-month "Early Career Program – Morocco PFE" internship to kickstart your career in Telecom engineering within the Nokia Network Infrastructure group. This end-of-study program in Morocco focuses on cutting-edge technologies like 5G, IP Networks, and Core Systems, challenging interns to contribute to building the network infrastructure of the Metaverse. The PFE subject involves automating network operations, audits, and visualization use cases.
Candidates will undergo an evaluation exam, with top performers receiving vouchers for Nokia NRS1, FTTx, SDAN, or Nokia Certified Optical Network Professional international certifications. Interns will also gain hands-on experience at the Nokia Innovation Center, receive coaching on power skills, and have the opportunity to interact with Nokia experts at the Nokia Maroc premises.

You will get to know the latest cutting-edge technologies we are developing to build the network infrastructure of the Metaverse. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

You have:

  • Graduating in 2026

  • Preferred major in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering students or Computer Science (Software Engineering)

  • A strong command of the English language is mandatory

  • Optical Networks fundamentals; OS Red Hat; Oracle; Programming Python; Machine Learning

It would be nice if you also have:

  • Excellent process-mapping and problem-solving skills.

  • Written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating clear, precise, and unambiguous instructions.

  • A systematic, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach.

  • Personal Attributes: A proactive, curious, and resourceful individual who thrives on turning manual processes into efficient, automated systems.

  • Must be adaptable and able to work effectively at the intersection of technology and business operations


  • Automate the collection of logs/TRACES from WSNOC (Network Management System) using AI model according to the description, version and impacted components and provide prototype analysing the collected logs

  • Strong understanding of Nokia Network Infrastructure portfolio (IP/ Optics/ Fixed Networks) with hands-on experience

  • Delivery of your End Study Project in an international workplace

  • Work smart by managing multiple priorities with deadlines in an environment where the only constant is change

  • Collaborate on group projects to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges in telecommunications.

  • Network with industry experts and build professional relationships within Nokia’s diverse teams

  • Understanding how your well-being at work is a must for your personal and professional growth
