Join Nokia’s Mechanical Engineering R&D team and help build the next generation of high‑performance IP switches and routers. As an intern, you’ll dive into real engineering challenges—from designing enclosures and heatsinks to working hands‑on with 3D printers and liquid‑cooled systems. You’ll collaborate with experts, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain the kind of experience that sets you apart in the industry.

- Knowledge of 3D printing.
- Understand 2D drawings of 3D CAD parts and assemblies.
- Familiar with 3D CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks or other mechanical design tools.
We are seeking motivated, self‑driven undergraduate or graduate students in mechanical and/or thermal analysis engineering who want to gain experience in designing enclosures, sheet metal, diecast, injection molded, and heatsink parts. As part of our team, you will help:
- Tackle complex design challenges.
- Assist the assembly team to create assemblies from 2D mechanical drawings.
- Assist with the process and maintenance of the 3D printers.
- Assist in the set up and testing of liquid cooled CDU
- Attend team meetings, learn about project methodologies, and collaborate with colleagues.
- Efficiently complete tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor.
- Participate in periodic reviews to share updates and incorporate feedback on assigned projects and initiatives.
