The Technical Delivery lead manages the development and implementation Projects of a Autonomous Networks products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget / spending. Organises cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project ie product on schedule and within budget constraints. This role is most common in a matrix type organisation; It requires a strong technical background in order to complete its overall project management responsibility.

You have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in Technical Project Management and services/care delivery
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills
  • Proficient in software development, integration services, CI/CD, and automation frameworks
  • Solid understanding of Digital Operations Products (OSS, Provisioning, Orchestration, Inventory, Assurance, Analytics & Security architecture
  • Experience in cost control and budgeting

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Adaptability to new technologies, tools, and evolving client requirements
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating with development teams

• Leads key and less complex projects that positively contribute to business or operation impact such as streamlining processes and tools for efficiency in functional, region or local operation.

• Manages the execution of a programme of medium complexity against agreed programme targets.

• Is responsible for project execution performance with respect to financial and operational KPIs such as cost, timelines, revenue, project assets, and customer satisfaction.

• Interfaces with key stakeholders at business area leadership.

• Owns and manages customer relationship for assigned scope in services, delivery and performance areas.

• Ensures contract execution is based on PM@Nokia methodology and applicable BG guidelines and processes.

• Ensures proper communication to relevant stakeholders for technical requests, emergency cases, outages and project delivery issues.

• Monitors, reports and optimises services delivery in alignment with relevant processes and tools providing sufficient operational visibility to stakeholders (EG Project Management, PMO, customer).
