The Head of External Talent Acquisition - Poland & Finland will manage a team of recruiters to attract and hire top-tier talent from outside the organization. This role involves hands-on recruitment, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and collaborating with department heads to fulfil the company's hiring needs.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on external hiring.
- Maintain consistent communication with teams, managing both perimeter and individual performance to agreed KPIs & SLA to maximize overall experience.
- Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
- Lead, mentor, and support the TA team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Manage budget to agreed limits whilst continuously looking for cost saving opportunities.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
